📋 JOB DESCRIPTION

✅ Own and manage brand presence on Etsy, Amazon, Flipkart, and brand website
✅ Plan and execute product listings — titles, descriptions, pricing, tags, images — optimized per platform
✅ Monitor daily sales reports, traffic, conversion rates, and returns; execute corrective action
✅ Coordinate with design & photography team for updated, compelling product catalogues
✅ Run and manage paid ad campaigns (Etsy Ads, Amazon Sponsored, Meta Ads)
✅ Handle order management, inventory sync, and customer communication across all platforms
✅ Research competitor listings, pricing trends, and seasonal demand on Etsy & global marketplaces
✅ Build and grow international buyer base (US, UK, Europe) via Etsy
✅ Drive keyword ranking and SEO strategy for jewellery categories

🎯 REQUIREMENTS
─────────────────────────────
* 3–6 years of hands-on e-commerce operations experience
* Proven track record of scaling a brand on Etsy / Amazon / Flipkart
* Strong knowledge of listing SEO, CRO, and ad spend management
* Proficiency in Canva / Photoshop for basic listing creatives
* Ability to read and act on data — Google Analytics, seller dashboards, ad reports
* Good English communication for international customer coordination
* Self-driven; able to manage multiple platforms independently
