Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Manager role based in Gurugram. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee daily operations across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms, including product listing, catalog management, inventory coordination, and order flow monitoring. The role involves optimizing product content, pricing, and promotions to improve visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance. The Ecommerce Manager will analyze performance data, generate reports, and recommend actions to drive revenue, reduce returns, and enhance customer experience. This position will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, operations, and external platform partners to plan campaigns, manage budgets, maintain compliance with marketplace policies, and ensure smooth execution of end-to-end e-commerce activities.
Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce expertise with experience managing online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
- Proven Sales and revenue ownership skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to meet targets.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting performance data, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and marketplace representatives.
- Marketing knowledge, including digital marketing fundamentals, merchandising, and promotional planning for online channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with marketplace dashboards, inventory/OMS tools, and basic Excel or analytics platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or online retail in the Indian market is highly desirable.
