The E-Commerce Manager will drive sales growth across Amazon and other marketplaces by managing listings, promotions, and inventory strategies. This role focuses on optimizing product content, improving rankings, and analyzing performance data to boost conversions. The candidate will also explore new marketplace opportunities and strengthen the brand’s overall online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales forecasts, promotions, and inventory strategies.
- Oversee Enhanced Brand Content (EBC/A+) and product merchandising to improve product ranking and visibility.
- Analyze sales and performance data prepare regular reports on sales, conversions, ROI, and other key metrics.
- Explore new e-commerce channels and continuously improve overall marketplace presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central and related marketplace tools.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills using MS Excel, dashboards, or BI tools.
- Knowledge of SEO for product listings and familiarity with digital marketing analytics.
- Experience with other marketplaces such as Flipkart, Walmart, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with PPC advertising, sponsored ads, and marketplace campaigns.
- MBA or advanced certification in E-commerce, Marketing, or Business Management.
