We’re Hiring – E-Commerce Manager (Boutique Experience)
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow the online business of our boutique/fashion brand.

Role Description
1. E-Commerce Website Management
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the boutique’s website.
* Ensure all product listings are updated with correct images, descriptions, prices, sizes, and stock availability.
* Upload new collections, festive launches, and promotional banners on time.
* Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content teams for product uploads.
* Ensure the website is visually appealing and aligned with the boutique’s brand identity.
* Regularly test website pages, checkout flow, forms, and payment gateways.
2. Product & Inventory Management
* Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the boutique/store team.
* Ensure online inventory is updated in real time.
* Create and maintain product categories, filters, tags, and collections.
* Track slow-moving and fast-selling products.
* Coordinate with the warehouse or boutique team to avoid overselling.
* Manage product pricing, offers, discount codes, and seasonal sale updates.
3. Online Sales & Revenue Growth
* Develop strategies to increase website sales and average order value.
* Plan and execute seasonal promotions, festive offers, flash sales, and campaign launches.
* Analyze customer buying behaviour and recommend products accordingly.
* Increase repeat purchases through remarketing and loyalty campaigns.
* Set monthly online sales targets and track performance.
4. Digital Marketing Coordination
Work closely with the marketing team for:
* Social media campaigns
* Paid advertisements
* Influencer collaborations
* Email marketing
* WhatsApp marketing
* SMS campaigns
* Ensure all campaigns drive traffic and conversions to the website.
* Track campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
* Coordinate website banners and landing pages for ongoing campaigns.
5. Marketplace Management
Manage and monitor the boutique’s presence on online marketplaces such as:
* Amazon
* Flipkart
* Myntra
* Ajio
* Etsy
* Meesho
* Ensure listings, pricing, images, and stock are updated across all platforms.
* Handle marketplace promotions and improve product visibility.
6. Customer Experience & Order Management
* Ensure smooth order processing from purchase to delivery.
* Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for timely dispatch.
* Monitor pending, cancelled, returned, and exchanged orders.
* Handle customer complaints, queries, and support requests professionally.
* Improve customer experience across the website and post-purchase journey.
* Ensure a premium boutique shopping experience online.
7. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor key e-commerce metrics such as:
* Website traffic
* Conversion rate
* Cart abandonment rate
* Average order value
* Best-selling products
* Return rate
* Revenue growth
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
* Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify/WooCommerce reports, and marketplace dashboards.
* Suggest improvements based on data and customer behaviour.
8. SEO & Website Performance
* Improve the website’s search ranking through product SEO and content updates.
* Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and meta tags.
* Ensure website speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience are maintained.
* Coordinate with developers for website improvements and bug fixing.
9. Team Coordination with:
* Boutique/store team
* Inventory team
* Designers
* Photographers
* Marketing team
* Developers
* Courier partners
* Ensure all teams work together for smooth online operations.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
* 2–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in fashion, boutique, apparel, jewelry, or lifestyle brands.
* Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms.
* Good knowledge of social media marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and online marketplaces.
* Strong understanding of customer behaviour and online buying trends.
* Ability to analyze reports and make business decisions.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
* Experience in handling fashion or boutique photography/product presentation is an added advantage.
