Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Senior E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our presence across leading international marketplaces. The role requires strong commercial acumen, marketplace expertise, and proven leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead international marketplace operations: Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart
• Define and execute marketplace growth, pricing, and promotion strategies
• Drive revenue, profitability, and market share expansion
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing e-commerce teams
• Oversee listing optimization, inventory planning, and marketplace compliance
• Analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights
Key Requirements:
• 6–10 years of experience managing multi-channel e-commerce marketplaces
• Strong expertise in both domestic and international e-commerce operations
• Demonstrated success in scaling revenue and managing large catalogs
