Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Ecommerce Manager role located in Panipat. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee online sales operations, manage e-commerce platforms, and contribute to driving digital marketing strategies. Daily responsibilities include analyzing sales data, optimizing website performance, creating and implementing marketing campaigns, and coordinating sales activities to achieve company goals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve product listings, monitor competition, and enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in E-Commerce platform management and Sales strategy development
- Proficient in Marketing techniques and digital campaign creation
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and engaging customers
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data and driving decision-making
- Experience in customer service and maintaining relationships is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently in a team-driven collaborative environment
