Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kotla, South Ex 1, New Delhi for an Ecommerce Manager
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and online customer experience. You will be responsible for driving traffic, optimizing the digital storefront, increasing conversions, and improving overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage end-to-end online sales operations, including website performance, customer journey, checkout process, and fulfillment coordination.
2. Website & Platform Management
- Oversee and optimize the e-commerce website (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure the site is visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly
- Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization.
3. Digital Marketing & Sales
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media, retargeting).
- Collaborate with marketing team to launch promotions and seasonal campaigns for eyewear and optical accessories.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, improve segmentation, and personalize user experiences.
4. Inventory & Order Management
- Work closely with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
- Monitor order fulfillment processes and ensure timely delivery and customer communication.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment, and ROI on campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
6. Customer Experience & Support
- Enhance the customer journey, from product discovery to post-purchase follow-up.
- Implement tools for virtual try-on, prescription uploads, or chat support where applicable
