Job Description (JD) – Ecommerce Manager
Company: Khushi Agro Pvt. Ltd.
Position: Ecommerce Manager
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle all ecommerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Upload and update product listings, pricing, and inventory.
- Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for timely deliveries.
- Monitor online orders, returns, and customer queries.
- Plan and execute online sales and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
- Handle marketplace accounts like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for digital promotions and branding.
Requirements:
- Experience in ecommerce operations and marketplace management.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online sales.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ecommerce tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
