SALARY : 30-35K Per month ( In hand)
At Comet Lighting, we don't just sell fixtures; we transform spaces. We’re looking for a Shopify Website Manager to take the reins of our digital storefront and make sure our online presence is as brilliant as our products.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Website Operations : Manage day-to-day operations of our online store at shopify
- Customer Relationship Management : Own the customer experience via email, chat, and social media.
- PDP Optimization: Take full ownership of Product Detail Pages (PDPs). You’ll be constantly testing layouts, copy, and media to turn browsers into buyers.
- Revenue Growth: Implement and manage upsell and cross-sell strategies (frequently bought together, post-purchase offers, etc.) to increase our Average Order Value (AOV).
- Storefront Mastery: Manage all product listings, collections, and site navigation.
- Continuous Testing: Run A/B tests on everything from CTA button colors to shipping notifications to find the "winning" formula.
- Own the customer experience via email, chat, and social media.
Who You Are 🔍
- Shopify Savvy: 2+ years of experience managing Shopify stores, specifically focused on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Growth Mindset: You don't just "maintain" a site; you look for ways to squeeze more revenue out of every click.
- Data-Driven: You love a good spreadsheet and use heatmaps (like Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity) to understand user behavior.
- Detail-Oriented: You notice a broken link or a blurry image from a mile away
