Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi for an E-commerce Manager. The E-commerce Manager will oversee all operations of Coloressence’s e-commerce platforms (including B2C, B2B and quick commerce portals like Zepto, Blinkit etc) including managing sales operations, growth, alignment with respective portals, product listings, inventory, and pricing strategies. The role involves developing and implementing online marketing strategies to boost sales, analyzing data to enhance customer experience and engagement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve long-term business objectives. Additionally, this position requires monitoring performance metrics and ensuring consistent online brand experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making and optimize e-commerce performance
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in E-Commerce management and Sales strategies, with a proven track record of driving online revenue growth
- Experience in Marketing, particularly in building and executing online campaigns and strategies
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
- Relevant experience in the cosmetics, retail, or consumer goods industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
