Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination. The role involves analyzing performance data, optimizing conversion rates, and managing user journeys across platforms to improve sales and customer experience. The Ecommerce Manager will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute campaigns, manage product catalogs, and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Responsibilities also include monitoring competitor activity, preparing performance reports, and recommending data-backed strategies to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce experience, including managing online product catalogs, pricing, and promotions.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-informed decisions.
- Solid Marketing and Sales skills to develop and support online campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
- Effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and clear reporting to stakeholders.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) and basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in digital marketing agencies or D2C/ecommerce brands is an advantage.
