Role Description The Ecommerce Intern will support the day-to-day operations of SIGAN’s e-commerce brand, Batua, including listing products, updating product information, and maintaining accurate inventory records on online platforms. The role involves assisting with order processing, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries. The intern will help analyze sales and traffic data, generate basic performance reports, and suggest improvements for product placement and promotions. Responsibilities also include supporting content updates for product pages, participating in online campaigns, and collaborating with the team to enhance the overall customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret e-commerce performance data and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Candidates should possess foundational E-Commerce knowledge, including familiarity with online marketplaces and basic product listing processes.
- Candidates should possess an interest in Sales and online retail, with the ability to support promotional activities and sales tracking.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment, and fluency in English; knowledge of Korean or other languages is a plus.
- Basic Knowledge of Korean Language is required.
