Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Intern located in Gurugram. The Ecommerce Intern will assist in the management and optimization of online sales platforms, monitor website performance, and analyze data to support business decisions. Key responsibilities include ensuring product listings are accurate and up to date, processing orders, managing customer queries, assisting in sales promotions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital shopping experience. The intern will gain hands-on experience in ecommerce operations while contributing to the growth of OneGuardian’s digital presence.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms and Sales strategies
- Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders
- Proven Analytical Skills for tracking and analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and time management skills
- Enthusiasm for beauty and wellness markets, with a willingness to learn and adapt to industry requirements
