About Perch Brands
Perch Brands is a fast-growing D2C and marketplace-led brand. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Growth Manager to lead marketplace performance, scale online sales, and drive measurable growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale sales across marketplaces and D2C channels: Myntra, Nykaa, Nykaa Fashion, AJIO, Tata Cliq, Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to improve visibility, conversions, and sales.
- Optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, bullets, keywords, and A+/enhanced content.
- Monitor pricing, discounts, margins and ensure marketplace policy compliance.
- Coordinate with category teams and marketplace managers for campaign execution and visibility opportunities.
- Track and analyze KPIs: ROAS, conversion rate, sales trends, and return rates; derive action plans.
- Manage Shopify operations: product uploads, promotions, and performance tracking.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Support inventory planning and ensure stock availability across marketplaces.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitor strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in e‑commerce growth, marketplace management, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
- Strong understanding of marketplace ads, Vendor Central, and seller dashboards.
- Proven experience in SEO-based product listing optimization and A+ content creation.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands is a plus.
