Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Develop pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies.
- Maintain and improve contribution margin percentage.
- Manage advertising ROI (ACOS / ROAS).
- Plan and execute campaigns during sale events.
- Work with production team to plan inventory.
- Monitor stock ageing and sell-through.
- Improve product listings, A+ content, keywords.
- Reduce returns via better content and sizing clarity.
- Improve ratings, reviews, and reduce RTO.
Required Experience
- 5–8 years of Ecommerce experience.
- Experience in Footwear / Apparel / Lifestyle category preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, advertising strategy, inventory planning, and
P&L; management.
