Role Description

We are looking for a result-driven Category Manager to own and scale our Home &

Kitchen portfolio on Amazon.

• Own P&L for the Home & Kitchen category

• Analyse sales, pricing, and market trends to drive growth

• Plan and execute strategies for revenue & margin improvement

• Manage Amazon Ads (PPC) performance and optimize ACOS/TACOS

• Identify new product opportunities and coordinate launches

• Optimize listings (SEO, images, A+ content) for higher conversion

• Manage and execute Amazon product listings and Retail Contribution (RC) in

Vendor Central

• Monitor inventory, demand planning, and stock health

• Track competitor activity and pricing strategies

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Amazon / E-commerce

• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central

• Hands-on experience in Amazon listing creation, optimization & RC management

• Proven track record of scaling product/category revenue

• Expertise in data analysis (Excel, reports, dashboards)

• Hands-on experience in PPC and listing optimization

• Strong business acumen and ownership mindset

Preferred

• Experience in Home & Kitchen category

• Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout

• Experience managing multiple SKUs and large catalogs
