We are looking for a highly responsible and growth-focused Ecommerce Growth Manager to manage our Shopify business end-to-end.
This is not just a normal employee role. We need someone who takes ownership like a business partner, solves problems independently, and continuously works on increasing revenue and improving operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale Meta/Facebook ad campaigns
- Optimize ROAS, CPA, and overall revenue performance
- Handle complete Shopify store operations
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for smooth deliveries
- Monitor order issues, RTO, COD management, and customer experience
- Improve website conversion rate and user experience
- Implement new ideas, apps, funnels, upsells, and strategies
- Coordinate with freelancers/designers/content creators when required
- Analyze daily sales, ad performance, and business reports
- Handle product launches and offer campaigns
- Take complete ownership of ecommerce growth and operations
Requirements
- Experience with Shopify and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of ecommerce business operations
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to take responsibility and ownership
- Self-learning mindset and willingness to adapt quickly
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Must be proactive rather than waiting for instructions
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenges
Bonus Skills
- Knowledge of Google Ads
- Email/SMS marketing
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Basic Canva/creative understanding
- Amazon marketplace understanding

Salary Range (India)
Depending on experience:
- Fresher with strong learning mindset: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 + Performance Incentives
- 1–3 years experience: ₹35,000 – ₹70,000 + Performance Incentive
- Strong performer with proven scaling skills: ₹70,000 – ₹1.5L+ + Performance Incentive
