Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for the position of E-commerce GM. The E-commerce GM will oversee the end-to-end operations of the e-commerce business, develop and execute strategies to drive growth, and ensure seamless online customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing e-commerce platforms, analyzing key performance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the alignment of online initiatives with the company's overall goals. The role also involves market analysis, budgeting, and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in the e-commerce space.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute overall E-commerce growth strategy
• Manage marketplace operations including Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho
• Oversee product listings, catalog management, and performance optimization
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and advertising strategies
• Monitor sales performance, pricing, and marketplace analytics
• Manage D2C website operations and performance tracking
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for growth initiatives
• Oversee inventory planning and fulfillment operations
• Explore opportunities on quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit and Zepto
Requirements
• 5–10 years of E-commerce experience with leadership exposure
• Strong understanding of marketplace and D2C operations
• Experience handling online sales growth and performance management
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills
• Startup environment experience preferred
