About The Opportunity
Mindtel is a fast-growing digital commerce and e-commerce enablement firm helping brands scale across marketplaces, D2C channels, and omnichannel retail ecosystems in India. We combine technology, data-driven merchandising, and performance marketing to drive revenue growth for our clients — from emerging D2C startups to enterprise FMCG and lifestyle brands. This role sits at the heart of our e-commerce operations, empowering teams to execute flawlessly on sales, listings, inventory, and customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other key e-commerce platforms including listing optimization, inventory sync, and order fulfillment tracking.
- Monitor sales performance, identify low-performing SKUs, and work with marketing/supply chain to implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse partners to ensure on-time dispatch, avoid stockouts, and reduce return rates.
- Run weekly business reviews with stakeholders, prepare dashboards on sales, GTV, AOV, and cart abandonment, and recommend tactical improvements.
- Handle customer service escalations related to delivery delays, wrong shipments, or listing discrepancies to ensure high ratings and seller performance scores.
- Stay updated on marketplace policy changes, fee structures, and promotional calendars to plan proactive campaigns and avoid penalties.

- Google Sheets / Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboarding)
- eCommerce Analytics (GTV, AOV, Returns, CTR)
- Marketplace Policy Compliance
- Basic Customer Service Tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Order Fulfillment Platforms (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery)
Preferred
- Experience with Meesho, Nykaa, or Tata Neu seller dashboards
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 or Shopify Analytics
- Familiarity with P&L tracking or seller financial reports
