Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Executive located in Surat. The Ecommerce Executive will oversee daily ecommerce activities, including account management, sales operations, and team coordination. The role involves monitoring platform performance, managing product listings, analyzing sales data, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Account Management, ensuring seamless operations and relationship management with ecommerce platforms.
- Strong experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and contributing to revenue growth.
- Capable Team Management skills, including coordinating and motivating team members to achieve organizational objectives.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
