Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Executive (Marketplace) at our New Delhi location. The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing marketplace accounts, optimizing listings, analyzing performance data, and driving sales across ecommerce platforms. Daily tasks include monitoring product performance, implementing promotional strategies, and coordinating with teams to execute sales initiatives effectively. The role requires ensuring efficient operational processes and providing support for account growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and drive platform performance improvements.
- Proven experience in account management and sales, with the ability to develop and nurture client relationships.
- Proficiency in team management and coordination to enhance team productivity and achieve goals effectively.
- Experience in sales management, including strategy planning and execution to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and technologies is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an ecommerce or marketplace environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in ecommerce marketplace platforms like amazon, flipkart , meesho,etc
