Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Operations & Listing Management
- Oversee end-to-end seller account operations on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Noon Seller Lab.
- Execute end-to-end product cataloging—including uploading listings, creating variations, and writing SEO-friendly titles and descriptions.
- Manage high-converting A+ Content, enhanced brand content, and product imagery to drive maximum conversions.
2. Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and scale Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display) on Amazon, Flipkart, and Noon ad consoles.
- Optimize daily bids, keywords, and budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) while minimizing ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) and TACoS.
- Strategize and manage Lightning Deals, coupons, brand days, and mega-sale event campaigns (e.g., Big Billion Days, Prime Day, Noon Yellow Friday).
3. Inventory & Supply Chain Operations
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple platforms, preventing stockouts and ensuring seamless FBA/FBM (Fulfillment by Amazon/Merchant) operations.
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams for timely dispatch, return processing, and reverse logistics.
- Oversee payment reconciliation and dispute/reimbursement case logs to protect company margins.
4. Account Health & Growth Strategy
- Maintain impeccable seller account health and ratings across all platforms by adhering strictly to marketplace policies and avoiding listing suppressions.
- Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and traffic data to uncover growth opportunities and launch strategies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive weekly/monthly reports on GMV, ad performance, and ROI to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling \(3\text{P}\) seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Noon.
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of marketplace algorithms, keyword research, and ad console metrics.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in using e-commerce analytics and keyword research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
- Data-Driven Mindset: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
