Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager based in Noida. The role involves managing and optimizing online store operations, developing sales and marketing strategies, analyzing data to improve performance, and managing e-commerce platforms. The Ecommerce Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth procurement, inventory, and order fulfillment processes.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in E-Commerce operations and platforms
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data-Driven Decision Making
- Excellent Communication Skills for stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of Sales and Marketing strategies to drive customer engagement
- Experience in performance marketing or digital advertising is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
- Experience with marketing tools and inventory management systems is an advantage
