Job Summary
A E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing online sales channels, improving product performance, increasing revenue, and ensuring smooth operations across marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
- Handle product listings, catalog creation & optimization
- Manage pricing, promotions, and discounts
- Monitor stock availability & coordinate with inventory team
- Ensure high product visibility and ranking
Sales & Performance Growth
- Plan and execute strategies to increase online sales
- Analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Improve conversion rate and reduce returns
- Run marketplace ads & campaign optimization
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track KPIs like sales, traffic, ROI, ad performance
- Prepare performance reports for management
- Identify new growth opportunities
Customer Experience Management
- Monitor customer reviews & ratings
- Resolve order issues, returns & complaints
- Work on improving seller performance metrics
Coordination
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse & marketing teams
- Manage brand promotions during sales events
- Handle account health and compliance issues
