Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Agra for an E-commerce Executive. Responsibilities include managing e-commerce accounts, developing strategies to drive sales growth, analysing performance data to optimise campaigns, and leading team activities to meet sales and operational objectives. The role requires strong collaboration with team members to deliver results and maintain client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise e-commerce platforms
- Handle product listings, inventory, and order management
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams for campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Ensure smooth customer experience across platforms
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, InstaMart, etc.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of online marketplaces and digital sales
- Ability to multitask and manage operations efficiently
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
