Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Executive, located in New Delhi. The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales and ensuring smooth operation of the ecommerce platform. Key responsibilities include overseeing account management activities, implementing sales strategies, analyzing data to enhance sales performance, coordinating with the team for effective management, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal departments and stakeholders to streamline workflow and enhance customer satisfaction will also be a priority.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive ecommerce performance
- Proficiency in account management and maintaining healthy client relationships
- Experience in sales and sales management to achieve and exceed targets
- Team management skills and the ability to coordinate and oversee team activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving ability and a results-driven approach
- Experience in ecommerce platforms and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
