Description:
We are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Executive to manage vendor onboarding, product listings, and overall marketplace operations to ensure smooth functioning and growth of the platform. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Onboarding & Management: Identify and onboard new vendors, guiding them through account setup and compliance processes. Maintain regular communication with vendors to resolve queries, provide support, and ensure engagement. Build strong vendor relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and high satisfaction. Product Listing & Optimization: Create, manage, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and categorization. Ensure all product pages are SEO-friendly to improve search visibility and engagement. Monitor product performance and suggest improvements to increase discoverability and sales. Marketplace Operations: Track vendor and product performance metrics, including sales, listing quality, and engagement. Ensure smooth operational flow across vendor activities, product updates, and customer queries. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, campaigns, and featured listings. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs such as vendor engagement, product visibility, and listing performance. Provide regular reports with actionable insights to management for decision-making. Use data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for marketplace growth. Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure vendor compliance with platform policies and quality standards. Review product listings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to platform guidelines. Skills & Qualifications: Marketplace Operations & Vendor Management: Experience in onboarding, managing vendors, and operational workflows. Product Listing & SEO Optimization: Ability to optimize product titles, descriptions, categories, and images for search visibility. Data Analysis & Reporting: Comfortable analyzing KPIs, sales data, and listing performance. Communication & Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills for vendor interaction and coordination. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CMS, and basic digital marketing principles. Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and ensure listing accuracy.
