About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-commerce Executive based in Chennai with hands-on experience in managing Amazon Seller Central and Shopify stores. The ideal candidate should also have exposure to quick commerce platforms and strong expertise in Amazon Ads.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central and Shopify store
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content)
- Handle inventory management, order processing, and returns coordination
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals
- Run and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall sales performance
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve rankings and visibility
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, logistics)
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and resolve account-related issues
Additional Responsibilities (Preferred):
- Manage or support quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.)
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports
- Support Shopify store updates, collections, and merchandising
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Proven experience in managing Amazon Ads campaigns with measurable ROI
- Working knowledge of Shopify backend (product uploads, collections, basic setup)
- Good understanding of e-commerce SEO
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
