Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Executive located in Chandigarh. The role requires overseeing the daily operations of the company’s ecommerce platforms across marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, and eBay, as well as proprietary websites. Responsibilities include managing sales accounts, analyzing sales trends, handling customer inquiries, processing high-value orders, optimizing product listings, devising strategies to improve performance, and collaborating with the team to ensure targets are met.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track sales performance, and identify areas for improvement
- Experience in Account Management and Sales to drive revenue growth and build strong customer relationships
- Proficiency in Team Management and Sales Management to oversee operations and achieve targets collaboratively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
