We're Growing Our E-Commerce Sales & Growth Team
As we continue to scale our consumer electronics business, we’re looking for analytical and growth-oriented professionals who enjoy building and optimizing online sales channels.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, data, and business strategy, where understanding performance metrics and market trends plays a key role in driving growth.
Location: Delhi/Mumbai
What the role focuses on:
- Managing end-to-end performance of product categories across online marketplaces.
- Monitoring key business metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, and category performance.
- Optimizing product listings, content, and visibility to improve discoverability and sales.
- Tracking competitor pricing, new launches, and market trends to stay competitive.
- Supporting pricing strategy and promotional planning to drive category growth.
- Analyzing sales data and preparing structured reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales velocity, profitability, and category efficiency.
- Collaborating with internal teams on campaigns, catalog updates, and growth initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or marketplace operations.
- Good understanding of sales data, pricing trends, and online business performance.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, reporting).
- Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities to improve sales and category performance.
- Experience in preparing basic reports or dashboards to track performance.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
