Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Executive based in Faridabad. The role involves managing e-commerce accounts, analyzing sales performance, developing strategies to increase online sales, and ensuring seamless operations in online marketplaces. The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for coordinating with various teams to manage listings, optimize product visibility, and deliver an excellent customer experience, while achieving sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate e-commerce metrics and improve performance
- Proficiency in Account Management for handling online sales channels and marketplaces
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Management for driving revenue growth and achieving targets
- Team Management experience to coordinate and align cross-functional teams effectively
- Ability to develop and execute e-commerce strategies
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using e-commerce and analytics tools is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
