Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Ecommerce Executive. The Ecommerce Executive will manage daily operations related to the company’s online platforms, ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment, and drive sales by implementing effective strategies. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, analyzing sales performance data, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making informed business decisions
- Experience in Account Management, including fostering client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management with an ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proven Team Management skills to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and tools; familiarity with online marketing strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- Experience in the ecommerce or retail sector is a plus
