Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and result-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our presence across online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, order processing, and driving overall online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to avoid stockouts
- Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer queries
- Optimize listings using relevant keywords, SEO techniques, and content improvements
- Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns
- Track daily sales performance and generate reports
- Analyze competitor pricing, trends, and market insights
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines
Required Skills:- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (data handling, reports, basic formulas)
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital operations
Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of SEO for product listings
- Experience with advertising tools (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Basic knowledge of image editing tools (Canva/Photoshop)
