Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing & Catalog Management:
- Create, update, and optimize product listings on the ecommerce platform.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Manage product categories and optimize product visibility for better sales performance.
Order Processing:
- Monitor and manage online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipment.
- Resolve customer order issues, returns, and exchanges in a professional and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for seamless order fulfillment.
Sales & Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze online sales data and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to assess performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase conversions, average order value, and customer retention.
- Run and manage promotional campaigns and discounts to drive sales.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain up-to-date inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels to meet demand.
- Collaborate with suppliers and warehouse teams to manage stock replenishment and availability.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate and analyze reports on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the ecommerce performance.
- Monitor and adjust marketing strategies based on performance data.
Collaboration with Marketing Team:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to run digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid ads.
- Help create promotional content for social media and newsletters to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the site.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate cross-functionally.
