Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for an Ecommerce Executive. The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing online sales channels, maintaining and optimizing e-commerce accounts, analyzing sales data, implementing strategies to increase revenue, and collaborating with teams to enhance customer experiences and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies
- Proven expertise in Account Management, ensuring seamless online store operations
- Sales capabilities with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in Team Management to coordinate and lead teams toward common e-commerce objectives
- Proficiency in Sales Management to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the food and beverage or FMCG industry is a plus
