About This Role
We're looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Executive to take ownership of our digital revenue engine. This is a high-impact position where you'll maximize profitability across our current ecommerce channels while building and scaling new revenue streams. If you live and breathe conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and bottom-line growth, this is your role.
This is a pure revenue-driving position. Every decision you make should move the needle on sales.
What You'll Own
- Managing & Optimizing Current Channels
- Launching & Scaling New Revenue Channels
- Strategic pricing optimization and promotional strategies
- Inventory management and SKU optimization to match demand
- Marketing performance analysis and budget allocation
- Partner with Marketing to drive acquisition and brand performance
- Work with Ops/Logistics to ensure fulfillment excellence and cost efficiency
- Align with Finance on revenue forecasting, margin targets, and ROI analysis
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in ecommerce roles (pure ecommerce focus, not traditional retail)
- knowledge of ecommerce metrics, analytics, and optimization
- Strong understanding of major ecommerce platforms and marketplaces
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve profitability simultaneously
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently and solve problems creatively
- Skilled in Excel & Reporting
- Experience in D2C brands is plus
- Familiarity with marketplace algorithms and optimization (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
