Jawda is an international women’s modest fashion brand founded in London, UK, known for its premium quality, thoughtful design, and ethical approach to manufacturing. The brand serves a global customer base, with a strong focus on the UK market.
We are looking for a highly analytical and creative eCommerce Email & Lifecycle Marketing Analyst to take ownership of Jawda’s email and SMS marketing channels and develop them into a significant revenue driver for the business, both for first-time and returning customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Jawda’s email and SMS marketing channels using Klaviyo, ensuring consistent execution of campaigns and automated flows.
- Develop and optimise lifecycle marketing flows across the customer journey including welcome sequences, abandoned cart and browse flows, post purchase journeys, cross sell and upsell flows, review requests, and win back campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align email and SMS activity with wider marketing campaigns, including product launches, restocks, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Create advanced customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalised messaging based on purchase behaviour, engagement history, product preferences, and geographic location.
- Develop personalised email experiences using dynamic content and product recommendations to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Design and structure email campaigns and lifecycle flows by creating wireframes using tools such as Miro, ClickUp, or other whiteboard platforms, allowing the design team to execute campaigns efficiently.
- Implement a structured A/B testing framework across subject lines, email content, offers, send times, layouts, and calls to action in order to continuously improve performance.
- Monitor and manage email deliverability and infrastructure including sender reputation, domain health, spam monitoring, list hygiene, and suppression of inactive subscribers.
- Work closely with the paid advertising team to support customer segmentation and audience creation for advertising platforms, including customer lists and lookalike audiences.
- Track and analyse performance across all email and SMS marketing activity, providing regular reporting and insights to the wider marketing team.
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to improve revenue from retention channels, increase repeat purchase rates, and maximise customer lifetime value.
- Research industry trends and competitor strategies within ecommerce and modest fashion to continuously improve Jawda’s email marketing approach.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing email marketing for an ecommerce brand.
- Hands-on experience using Klaviyo and/or Omnisend.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and make data driven decisions.
- Experience building and optimising lifecycle marketing flows.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalisation strategies.
- Experience running structured A/B tests and analysing results.
- Understanding of email deliverability, sender reputation, and list health management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, design, and paid media teams.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills.
