Role Description
We are looking for a highly experienced E-commerce & Digital Systems Specialist to manage and optimize our fashion retail business.
The ideal candidate must have experience in:
Shopify (setup, customization, and ongoing management).
Hike POS (or similar POS systems) and integrating it with Shopify.
Website management, maintenance, and optimization.
API integrations and connecting different business systems.
CRM systems and business automation.
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel.
Creating, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads.
AI tools for content creation, advertising, and workflow automation (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.).
Email marketing and WhatsApp marketing automation.
General IT support, networking, and troubleshooting.
Creating dashboards and sales/performance reports.
Building or implementing cloud-based systems that connect POS, website, inventory, customer database, and marketing into one integrated platform.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in fashion retail or e-commerce businesses are highly preferred.
