Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for an Ecommerce Customer Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing daily ecommerce operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all platforms, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing the customer journey, solving concerns, analyzing operational data, optimizing processes, and collaborating with other teams to deliver exceptional service. The individual will also monitor performance metrics and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience to ensure excellent support and build strong customer loyalty.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data effectively and drive data-informed decisions for improving operations.
  • Experience in Operations Management to oversee and enhance smooth, efficient workflow and service delivery.
  • Exceptional Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clear communication with customers.
  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities to manage challenges and ensure the continuous improvement of customer-facing processes.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
