eCommerce & CRO Lead
THE OPPORTUNITY
At Boozt, we are on an exciting journey with a newly established eCommerce department, ready to take our shop experience to the next level. We are now looking for an ambitious and skilled
eCommerce & CRO Lead to join the team and play a key role in the future success of our shop operations.
In this role, your focus will be on continuously driving improvements to our shop experience and measuring the impact of our operations through a customer-centric lens. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the commercial department (Marketing, Online, Platform, and more) to anchor your insights across the department. You will analyze user behavior, engagement, and conversion trends to inform strategic decisions that directly impact the digital experience of Boozt.com, bridging the gap between raw data and commercial action. Being able to see trends and patterns.
What You Will Do
- CRO Lead: You are the expert on shop performance, collecting and interpreting data related to customer behavior and commercial results. By monitoring KPIs and identifying patterns, you uncover the “why” behind performance, enabling the commercial department to make informed decisions. You know the shop inside and out in numbers.
- Power User of GA4 & VWO: These will be your primary daily tools for monitoring and testing the shop experience. You will be the go-to expert for the commercial department when it comes to understanding performance through data, experimentation, and behavioral mapping.
- A/B Testing & Actionable Validation: You plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses. Beyond the test, you ensure that winning insights are translated into permanent shop improvements, demonstrating the commercial impact of your work.
- Roadmap, Project Scoping & Follow-up: You have experience scoping commercial projects and building solid business cases. You navigate complex roadmaps—from feature specifications to prioritization—and you take pride in following up on launched initiatives to ensure they deliver the expected value.
- Competitive & Customer Analysis: You monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure our shop experience meets and exceeds industry benchmarks while identifying new growth opportunities.
YOUR PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce analytics or management, with a strong interest in digital customer behavior and site performance
- Advanced user of GA4 and VWO; solid knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a strong plus
- Experience with BigQuery, Looker Studio, or Qlik Sense is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Fluency in English and the ability to work in an international environment
