Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Ecommerce Coordinator. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online platforms, analyzing e-commerce data, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. Key tasks include coordinating online sales processes, resolving customer queries, managing product listings, maintaining stock accuracy, and assisting in implementing e-commerce strategies to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in E-Commerce operations, including platform management and optimizing online sales strategies
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address customer inquiries and provide support effectively
- Sales aptitude with the ability to assist in growing e-commerce revenue
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is an advantage
