Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven E-commerce Coordinator to manage and optimise our online sales operations. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who is eager to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day E-commerce operations, enhancing customer experience, and supporting revenue growth across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of online sales channels (website, marketplaces, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to customer interactions across platforms, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Track, analyse, and report key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, etc.)
- Identify trends and insights to improve customer experience and drive sales growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) for seamless execution.
- Assist in implementing E-commerce and sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up to date.
- Support ongoing optimisation of the e-commerce funnel and user journey.
Required Qualifications
- 0–1 years of relevant experience in D2C, E-commerce, or Sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prfioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Working knowledge of E-commerce platforms and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to startup environments or fast-paced work cultures.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online consumer behaviour.
