Role Description
We are seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role at our Worli location. The role involves managing and optimizing the online shopping experience. You will oversee inventory management, monitor product listings, coordinate promotions, provide excellent customer service, and analyze sales performance. Additional duties include collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for the e-commerce platform.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in E-Commerce operations and Sales to manage listings, optimize user experience, and drive revenue.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Communication for sales data tracking, identifying trends, and creating actionable insights.
- Experience in Customer Service to address inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with modern retail trends and a passion for sustainable fashion is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools is highly desirable.
