E-commerce Coordinator
Location: Lucknow
Salary: ₹18,000 (Probation 1st month)
Creste DIY is hiring an E-commerce Associate to support our online store operations and help keep things running smoothly across different platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and interested in working in e-commerce operations day to day.
What you’ll do:
List and update products on Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, and Blinkit
Manage product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and stock updates
Support day-to-day management of our Shopify store
Coordinate with the team on order processing, dispatch, and logistics
Keep product and inventory information accurate across platforms
Track basic sales and platform performance data
Help maintain a smooth customer journey from order to delivery
Who should apply:
3+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
Comfortable working with product listings, spreadsheets, and basic data
Basic understanding of Shopify is a plus
Organised, attentive to detail, and consistent with follow-ups
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Probation Salary: ₹18,000
