Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team in Jaipur. This hybrid role allows some flexibility for remote work while requiring an on-site presence as needed. The Ecommerce Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store, manage customer inquiries, optimize online sales strategies, track analytics, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with sales and marketing teams to drive digital growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-commerce operations and Sales techniques
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to track and interpret data for decision-making
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Familiarity with digital marketplaces, retail trends, and online marketing strategies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
