💰 Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle customer queries via chat support for international customers.
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
✅ Assist with orders, payments, deliveries, returns, refunds, and seller-related queries.
✅ Maintain quality standards and achieve process KPIs.
🔹 Eligibility:
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice & Chat Process.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔️ Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are welcome to apply.
✔️ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
