We are looking for a highly driven E‑Commerce Commercial Manager to lead commercial strategy and execution across multiple digital platforms. This is an individual contributor role with significant cross‑functional collaboration, commercial ownership, and marketplace leadership—ideal for someone looking to expand impact without managing a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Store & Campaign Management
- Ensure all digital stores are set up according to brand and operational standards, including store decomposition, campaign setup, and promotional execution.
- Maintain high levels of store hygiene, consistency, and digital merchandising quality.
SKU & Listing Performance
- Oversee and validate SKU listing accuracy with the Digital Operations team, ensuring all updates meet SLA requirements.
- Review priority listings and visibility strategies for key campaigns and new product launches.
Marketplace & Partner Collaboration
- Manage relationships with third‑party marketplaces to ensure successful JBP execution, commercial planning, and brand visibility.
- Evaluate promotional mechanics and platform opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
Marketing & Campaign Coordination
- Work closely with the Marketing team on campaign calendars, ad materials, EDM requirements, and SKU highlights.
- Ensure cross‑functional alignment on brand and promotional strategies.
Promotion Planning & COE Alignment
- Lead promo strategy development and pricing recommendations for all marketplace channels.
- Coordinate with the Center of Excellence and Operations teams for promotion accuracy and campaign setup.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor sales, traffic, and conversion performance across platforms.
- Prepare weekly business reports and post‑campaign analyses with actionable insights.
- Manage ad‑hoc and structured reporting during mega campaigns and special events.
Channel Growth Initiatives
- Develop channel‑specific promotional proposals to drive incremental sales.
- Identify commercial opportunities to enhance platform competitiveness and brand exposure.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce commercial, marketplace operations, digital trade marketing, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of major marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and commercial thinking with data‑driven decision making.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- This is an individual contributor role (no team management).
