Helett Enterprises LLP is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Channel Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon marketplace business, with a strong focus on international Amazon marketplaces.If you have hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central, PPC, catalog management, account health, and international marketplaces, this could be the right opportunity for you.
💼 Position Details
Designation: Ecommerce Channel Specialist
Location: HiLITE Business Park, Calicut, Kerala
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Work Mode: In-Person
Experience: 2+ Years in Amazon Marketplace
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
Relocation: Mandatory
🌍 Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central
• Manage Amazon UK, Europe, GCC, and other international marketplaces
• Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
• Manage product listings, catalog, keywords, and SEO
• Monitor pricing, Buy Box, promotions, and product visibility
• Track ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, sales, and profitability
• Manage Amazon Account Health, cases, appeals, and policy compliance
• Coordinate inventory planning, product launches, and marketplace activities
• Analyze marketplace performance and prepare regular reports
• Develop strategies to achieve sales, growth, and profitability targets
• Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Design, Customer Support, and Product teams
✅ Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of Amazon Marketplace experience – Mandatory
• 1+ year of international Amazon experience preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon PPC
• Good knowledge of catalog management, pricing, promotions, and Account Health
• Experience with Amazon UK, Europe, or GCC is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Target-oriented with strong ownership of marketplace performance
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for business results
• Willingness to relocate to Calicut is mandatory
