From D2C to Amazon and offline experiences, we’re building a brand rooted in Indian culture with a modern design language.
Role Description
We’re looking for someone who can own and improve our online sales performance, especially on Amazon.
This is not just an operations role.
You’ll work closely with the founder to understand what drives conversions and help scale the business.
What You’ll Actually Do
Amazon (Core Focus)
Manage and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, keywords)
Track keyword performance and improve rankings
Monitor ad campaigns (basic level) and identify what’s working
Improve conversion through better content coordination (images, A+)
What We’re Looking For
Basic understanding of Amazon or e-commerce (even an internship level is fine)
Strong Excel / Google Sheets comfort
Someone curious, fast, and detail-oriented
Ability to think: “Why is this product not selling?”
Interest in D2C brands, consumer behavior, and growth
