Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram, where you will assist in managing ecommerce operations as an Ecommerce Assistant. Key responsibilities include facilitating seamless customer experiences, handling customer service inquiries, managing invoicing processes, and supporting sales operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring timely coordination of ecommerce activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to ensure satisfaction and effective resolution of inquiries.
- Effective Communication skills for clear interactions with customers and internal teams.
- Sales experience to support meeting revenue targets and promoting products effectively.
- Proficiency in Invoicing with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organized, proactive, and able to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or related roles is beneficial.
